Since becoming a coach I have made personal development and gaining knowledge my biggest priority.

In addition to being qualified level 3 personal trainer and a British Weightlifting qualified coach I have also completed numerous Strength and Conditioning certifications and attended several conferences and seminars with some leading figures in the industry. To date, since starting in the industry I have spent well over £7500 attending courses and seminars in order to ensure I have the very best and most up to date knowledge to pass onto my clients.

brfcI have coached a range of athletes from various sports such as Rugby (male and female players), American football, Olympic lifting and Powerlifting. I’ve also worked with several sports teams and squads, including conducting a pre-season Strength and Conditioning package for Billericay Rugby club and running an ongoing Olympic Lifting performance squad.

I have also spent a lot of time and gained a large amount of practical experience helping clients looking for body composition changes, either losing fat, building muscle or very often both. I work with them to build training quality and consistency, improve diet quality and progressively make huge changes to the way they look and feel.

My work also extends to helping various clients come back from injury. I have a large amount of experience in working with those who require rehabilitation from chronic and/or acute plain of some kind. Once diagnosed and referred to me I work with them to strengthen any weak areas and increase flexibility in any tight areas leading to huge reductions in their pain and a return to proper training within a matter of weeks.
