We have 3 levels of online personal training programmes for people who can’t train with us in person but still want to reach their full potential using our highly effective training methods.  Clients are provided with their individual programme monthly along with a full explanation of each movement and exercise along and key coaching safety points.

Option 2: £30 per month

  • A complete, personalised training schedule sent to you monthly.
  • Monthly goal setting consultation via email.
  • Weekly feedback and support via email to track and monitor progress.

Option 3: £40 per month

  • A complete, personalised training schedule sent to you monthly.
  • Monthly goal setting consultation via email.
  • Weekly feedback and support via email to track and monitor progress.
  • Monthly nutrition consultation with personalised diet plan, guidance and advice.
